GDPR · DSG

Datenschutzerklärung · Privacy policy

A concise summary of how lastloop GmbH processes personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).

Data controller

The controller responsible for processing is lastloop GmbH, Mariahilfer Straße 123, 1060 Vienna, Austria. For any privacy matter, contact privacy@lastloop.dev. placeholder

What data we process

We process only the data we need to provide and secure the platform and to communicate with you:

Account & contact data

Name, work email, organization, role, and authentication identifiers — provided when you register, book a demo, or contact us.

Usage & technical data

IP address, device and browser information, log and audit records, and product telemetry, processed to operate, secure and improve the service.

Customer content

Data you and your agents submit to the platform. We act as a processor on your behalf under a data processing agreement; you remain the controller of that content.

Billing data

Company billing details and transaction records, processed to fulfil contracts and meet statutory accounting obligations.

Legal bases

We rely on the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) to deliver the service, our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) to secure and improve it, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) where required — for example, for non-essential cookies and marketing — and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) such as accounting and tax retention.

Sharing & transfers

We share data only with vetted sub-processors (such as cloud hosting, infrastructure and analytics providers) under data processing agreements, and where legally required. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law (for example, Austrian commercial and tax retention periods of up to seven years for accounting records). Audit and governance records are retained for the contracted term.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@lastloop.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage your preferences at any time through the cookie settings.

This summary is provided for the preview and does not constitute the complete, legally binding privacy notice. The final version will detail every processing activity, sub-processor and retention period.

Agreement

Terms of service

A concise summary of the terms under which lastloop GmbH provides the lastloop platform and related services. These terms are governed by the laws of Austria.

1. Scope

These terms govern your access to and use of the lastloop platform, websites and related services. Where a separate master subscription agreement or order form is signed, that agreement prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.

2. Accounts & eligibility

The service is offered to businesses and professional users. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account and your governed agents.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including unlawful activity, infringing third-party rights, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or circumventing the governance, identity and access controls (Aegis and Warrant) that protect it.

4. Customer content & agents

You retain all rights to the content and configurations you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the service on your behalf. You are responsible for the actions you authorize your agents to take and for ensuring you have the rights to the data they process. Our governance layer records who authorized each action, what it touched, and the proof — and lets you stop it.

5. Fees

Fees are set out in the applicable order form or pricing plan and are payable as agreed. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.

6. Service levels & availability

We aim to provide a reliable, secure service and maintain SOC 2 Type II controls. Specific availability commitments, if any, are defined in your subscription agreement or service-level addendum.

7. Warranties & liability

The service is provided on a professional, commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded, and our liability is limited as set out in your subscription agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Austrian law.

8. Term & termination

These terms apply for as long as you use the service. Either party may terminate in accordance with the applicable subscription agreement. On termination, you may export your data within a reasonable window, after which it is deleted in line with our retention policy.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The competent courts of Vienna, Austria, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes, and your continued use of the service after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

This is a summary for the preview and does not constitute the complete, legally binding terms of service. Contractual customers are governed by their signed master subscription agreement.
